I turn fragmented workflows into clear product experiences. At HRBOX I am the sole designer and run the design function end to end: process, standards, design system and implementation review across employee, manager and admin journeys.
Connecting employee, manager and admin workflows in one HR platform. Role-based navigation, admin architecture and a shared design system, from MVP redesign to new modules.
Outcome: four enterprise clients, from ~4,000 to 10,000 employees each, signed on the redesigned product; a government customer renewed citing the new interface. New frontend built on the design system from day one.
Redesigned setup, user details and position readiness for a learning platform born from HRBOX customer interviews. I restructured the workflows and implemented the interface directly in code, with frontend review.
Outcome: three workflows shipped to production; the career map is the current iteration.
I design from business goals: research → structure → screens → implementation QA. I build for scale — components, tokens, documentation — so the product can grow after me.
I work with the PO, engineers and QA to discuss workflows, document interface behavior and review implementation. My technical background helps me account for engineering constraints.
ITMO University, St. Petersburg — Information Security. That background taught me to understand system constraints before drawing interfaces.
Can build prototypes, fix frontend, or code a page myself. Speeds up iterations and takes load off dev team.
